OUR SERVICE

Wellplus Homecare Services Limited is a domiciliary care and Supported Living care service provider.

We aim to develop a secure and individualised care and support plan that meets the needs of each of our service users by encouraging independence for the vulnerable and socially disadvantaged.

Personal Care

Wellplus Homecare Services aim to give our clients full support with personal care on a day-to-day basis so as to maintain their personal hygiene, promoting their confidence, independence and continuing care.

We provide support for individuals in the comfort of their home and community allowing them to live as independently as possible while we adopt a person-centred personalised care. Everyone in our care will be treated with respect, kept safe in a dignify way and their individual care needs met.

The list below identifies the Age Groups we provide our services to, as defined by CQC:

• Adults 65+
• Adults 18-65
• Physical disability
• Dementia

Our staffs are highly experienced in all aspects of personal care Services include;

• Help with personal hygiene – bathing, strip wash, shower and cream application
• Assistance with toilet needs
• Assisting with daily living
• Help with getting in and out of bed
• Help getting dressed and undressed
• Help with basic domestic chores
• Accessing leisure and social activities
• Prompting with administering medication
• Maintaining links with family and friends
• Encouraging healthy lifestyles
• Support with meals/drink preparation
• Befriending
• Help building confidence and self-esteem
• Help with laundry (no ironing)
• Assistance with shopping.

Supported Accommodation

At Wellplus, “we aim to care” and understand that not everyone has the physical, emotional, and mental ability to maintain a tenancy without the right level of support in place. We are here to help with a wide range of needs, from general housekeeping to more complex support.

We believe that everyone has the right to their own independence and that all individuals with disabilities must have equal social and economic opportunities to ensure their development and wellbeing.

It is our goal to assist individuals have access to education, employment, and assistance individuals with disabilities with social and recreational interests in the wider community.

We strive to collaborate with every family, local authority, and professional involved in the welfare of the adults in our care while utilizing a person-centred approach to enable individuals to achieve their best potential.
